This protection applies to all original works created, published, or distributed by GK Interactive in any form.

Scope of Protection

The following materials are expressly covered by this copyright notice, including but not limited to:

• All in‑game assets, models, textures, animations, audio, and environmental designs  

• Game mechanics, systems, concepts, and original gameplay implementations  

• Branding elements, including the name “Gorilla Killers,” logos, icons, and visual identity  

• Website content, documentation, written materials, and design elements  

• Server structure, role systems, community frameworks, and internal processes  

• Custom tools, bots, scripts, and automated systems developed for the project  

• Promotional media, screenshots, artwork, and any related digital content  

Ownership

Gorilla Killers was founded and originally created by the user known as “Gorilla Killers.”  

All rights, title, and interest in the Gorilla Killers project, including all associated intellectual property, are owned exclusively by GK Interactive and its founding members.

Restrictions on Use

Without prior written permission from GK Interactive, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Gorilla Killers content  

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on Gorilla Killers assets or systems  

• Upload, publish, or distribute internal files, builds, or development materials  

• Claim ownership of any Gorilla Killers content, branding, or intellectual property  

• Use the Gorilla Killers name, logo, or branding for any commercial or public purpose  

• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source files or protected systems  

Any unauthorized use of Gorilla Killers intellectual property may result in:

• DMCA takedown actions  

• Platform reports and enforcement  

• Permanent removal from the community  

• Additional legal remedies as permitted by law  

Permitted Use

The following uses are allowed, provided they do not violate the restrictions above:

• Streaming or recording gameplay for non‑commercial content  

• Sharing screenshots, clips, or reviews  

• Creating fan art or fan content that does not copy or redistribute official assets  

• Discussing or referencing the game in community spaces  

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter unauthorized use, redistribution, or impersonation involving Gorilla Killers content, please report it to the GK Interactive team through the official Discord server for review.
