GK Interactive respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notices and the actions GK Interactive may take in response.

If you believe that any content associated with Gorilla Killers infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice. Upon receipt of a valid notice, GK Interactive will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the infringing material, disabling access, or issuing platform reports.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA Takedown Notice, you must provide the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including URLs or specific locations where the content appears.

3. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Your full legal name and a method of contact (email or Discord username).

Submitting a Counter‑Notice

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter‑Notice containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.

2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

3. Your full legal name and contact information.

GK Interactive will review all counter‑notices and may restore the material if appropriate.

Misuse of the DMCA

Knowingly submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter‑notices may result in:

• Account restrictions  

• Removal from the community  

• Legal liability
