End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End‑User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“the User”) and GK Interactive (“the Company”), governing your access to and use of the Gorilla Killers game, services, and related content (“the Software”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

GK Interactive grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non‑commercial entertainment purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software—including assets, code, models, textures, audio, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property—are owned exclusively by GK Interactive. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Software  

• Extract or reuse game assets, models, textures, audio, or internal files  

• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code  

• Create derivative works based on the Software  

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third‑party tools  

• Circumvent security systems, restrictions, or server protections  

• Sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Software or its content  

• Impersonate staff or misrepresent affiliation with GK Interactive  

Violation of these restrictions may result in account bans, content removal, or legal action.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that:

• Harasses, threatens, or harms other users  

• Disrupts gameplay, servers, or community operations  

• Violates platform rules (e.g., Discord, VR platform policies)  

• Attempts to access restricted areas or administrative systems  

GK Interactive reserves the right to restrict or revoke access for misconduct.

5. Updates & Changes

GK Interactive may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Software at any time. These updates may be required to continue using the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GK Interactive does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error‑free performance, or compatibility with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GK Interactive is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents resulting from VR use  

• Device damage caused by improper or unsafe play  

• Loss of data, progress, or user content  

• Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence  

Use of the Software is at your own risk.

8. Termination

GK Interactive may suspend or terminate your license at any time for violations of this Agreement or community rules. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable United States copyright and intellectual property laws. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction appropriate to GK Interactive.
