Users must contact the platform where the purchase was made to request a refund. GK Interactive does not have the ability to approve, deny, or modify refund requests submitted through external services.

If in‑game purchases or digital items are introduced in the future, the following terms will apply:

• All digital items are considered final and non‑refundable once delivered.  

• Refunds may only be granted in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical errors.

• Loss of progress due to user error  

• Account bans or disciplinary actions

GK Interactive may assist in verifying activity but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Refund eligibility for technical issues is determined solely by the platform’s policies.
